Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal

Delivery

All clothing and accessories are usually shipped within 1 – 2 business days of receipt of order. All items ship via USPS Priority Shipping.
Orders do not ship on USPS holidays or Sundays. USPS Priority Shipping typically delivers in 1-5 days.

Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any International locations, including Canada.

SHIPPING

Hospital Deliveries
We will ship to hospitals, although we do not recommend doing so. There are many reasons not to ship to hospitals; patients are routinely discharged early, hospital mail rooms are sometimes slow in sorting and delivering packages, and if a person has been discharged, any number of things can happen to your package. We strongly advise you to send your gift to the recipients home. If you are certain your friend or loved one will be in the hospital for an extended period of time and you choose to ship there, please provide as much information as possible. To help the hospital deliver your package in a timely manner, please provide a building name or number, and a room number. All shipments to hospitals are made at your own risk. We are unable to guarantee or insure delivery to hospitals and you accept full responsibility if the package is delayed or lost. If the package is returned to Wrapped in Love, you may request it to be resent at your expense. We will also refund any unopened clothing or accessory.

Incorrect Addresses
You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. We take no responsibility for the cost of replacement gifts or additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses. If a gift is returned due to an address problem that is our fault, we apologize and we will re-pack and re-send the gift immediately.

RETURNS

Wrapped in Love is proud of our clothing and accessories line for women with cancer and we are committed to your complete satisfaction.  We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in the original packaging and new with all tags attached.  All products must be returned to us within 10 days of the date of purchase. Any items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return and Refund
Wrapped in Love wants to make sure your return is as easy as possible. To make a return, please mail your package via a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to the following address:

Upon receipt of your package, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Exchanging an Item
Wrapped in Love is always happy to assist customers with exchanges.  We realize that ordering online can create some difficulty with accurate sizing, colors, etc. Please email us with your account information and what you would like to exchange. Then use the same method of Return stated above to return the item(s). We will be happy to adjust your total, if necessary, and send the products out at our expense in a prompt and timely manner.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returning a Defective or Damaged Item
Sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, a defective, damaged or incorrect item gets sent out. When this happens, please email us immediately at info@wrappedinlove.com. To expedite the process, we ask that you have your order number available as well as the details of the problem.  We will be happy to send a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to return the item to us for a replacement or a full refund.

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
